The Harris Beach Home Owner's Association . . .
governs a large group of homes situated in the forested hills two miles north of Brookings and east of Highway 101.   The homes are within Phase one (of five phases) built by Larry Anderson, a local builder dedicated to excellence in construction.
The purpose of our association is . . .
to keep our area of homes well maintained and attractive.   Each homeowner agrees (when a property is purchased) to follow a volume of CC & R's that dictate the care and appearance of the home exteriors and the landscaping.

Our association has regular meetings, and volunteer officers are voted into place to help insure our needs are carried out.   Budgets are set-up, and landscapers, carpenters, and painters are hired to help with our maintenance program.  

And as a result, 51 homeowners are proud that Harris Heights is one of the more beautiful areas found in the city of Brookings!
